Another very busy week for us at Sweet Success Caterers of Colchester, hosting funerals, dinner parties, Masonic Lodge three course meal and an Italian themed night this Saturday.

Once again a successful Burns Night over in Little Clacton.  A great night was had by all.  We are looking forward to the wedding season, with enquiries and bookings for this year, 2017 and 2018!!

Game Pie and decorated Salmon from our Boxing Day function.  Sweet Success Caterers of Colchester have hit 2016 running with lots of functions, wedding fairs and events attended already.

Sweet Success Caters of Colchester recently catered for a beautiful Indian Themed wedding at Houchins Barn.  Congratulations to Ricky and Jenny.  You made a fabulous job of making the elephants (from milk cartons).  Guests enjoyed Lamb Curry, Saag Paneer and an English dish of Chicken Breast in a Tarragon sauce, followed by Salted Caramel Chocolate Pot and Blackberry and Apple Crumble.

Another great wedding  by Sweet Success Catering of Colchester on 30 July 2015 at Houchins , the Bride and Groom looked amazing where the guests enjoyed  Anti pasta followed by Roast Pork with all the trimmings!

Sweet Success Caterers of Colchester catered for a Caribbean BBQ last Saturday, incorporating Cajun Pork and Jerk spice Chicken Kebabs, Pineapple skewers marinated in Rum and Brown Sugar.  They had a Steel Band playing which was such good fun.

Sweet Success Caterers of Distinction in and around Colchester hosted a Mad Hatters Tea Party at the weekend to celebrate 30 years in business, we have a great afternoon although the sun stayed firmly hidden behind the clouds.  Thank you to all those who attended.

Brilliant Valentine's Dinner Dance on Saturday catered for by Colchester Caterers Sweet Success. The raffle raised over £700.00  for Breast Cancer for Walk the Walk charity

Other events recently, two Finger Buffets for 70 the other for 75 supply only, Saturday, Sunday 9.30 am a tasting for a Wedding in March next year.

Preparing Chicken tikka wraps for a 90th Birthday and some for a Wedding.

Surprise cream tea recently supplied for a client. Hand delivered and set up in a secluded location by the beach.

Starter from last week's wedding, four pates - mushroom and cream cheese, pork with sage and apricot, smoked mackerel with lemon and dill, smooth chicken liver, served with rustic bread and butter. Second image is Eton Mess.
